These peoples customer service is the worst I have every saw, if you can get ahold of someone they do not have a clue what they are doing and if you ask to speak to there supervisor of course they are unavailable but will put you through to voice mail and will never get a return call. Good luck with using the on line contact, month and a half so far and no contact.

This is for a warranty, the 2 times I did get ahold of a person, very early in the morning I received 2 different shipping cost and 2 different proration cost, unreal. Never buy from this company you will regret it.

Monetary Loss: $100.
